You may use and distribute the freeware program "Wipe v2.12". There are only a
few restrictions; please read them carefully and take them seriously:

1. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY THE PROGRAM IN ANY WAY
2. YOU MAY NOT SELL THE PROGRAM OR CHARGE FOR DISTRIBUTION
3. IF THE PROGRAM IS USED IN A BUSINESS, A $20 REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAYED

I, the author, take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damage that may result from using
this program. Also keep in mind that a corrupt or modified version of this or
any other program may cause damage to your computer system.
